Do my guests ever pay you anything?
No. Guests don't even have accounts — they book with an email, free, always. If you charge for your events, you collect that money yourself; we never touch it or take a percentage.
What happens to my data when the beta ends?
It stays put. Your events, bookings, and history carry straight over to the Place plan — nothing is deleted, nothing needs re-entering.
Why do I need an invitation code?
We're letting places in a few at a time so the waitlists, emails, and check-in flows stay fast for everyone. Email
[email protected] and we'll usually send you a code the same day.
Can my staff see everything I see?
They see their assigned events, the door list, and — only if you switch it on — analytics for their own events. Your bookings, settings, and other staff stay yours.
